Description Shell Oil Products US and the Washington State Department of Ecology formed a ground-breaking partnership to clean up current and former gas stations in King, Snohomish, Skagit and Whatcom Counties. The voluntary agreement currently includes 86 Sites with the potential to add more Sites. The Model Toxic Cleanup Act (MTCA) provides the regulatory framework for these cleanups.
The mission of the Department of Ecology is to protect, preserve, and enhance Washington’s environment. To help us meet that goal, please consider the environment before you print or request a copy.
