Description On June 29, 2010, the Department of Ecology and Port of Seattle entered into an agreed order to develop a draft cleanup action plan for the former tank farm site at the Port of Seattle's Terminal 91. Ecology and the port decided to combine the comment periods for the cleanup action plan and the SEPA decision notification. Public comments will be accepted October 8 through November 8, 2010.
