Description This fact sheet provides information about the J.H. Baxter Sites (North and South), which are now the location of the Virginia Mason Athletic Center. These sites occupy approximately 20 acres on the southeastern shore of Lake Washington at 5015 Lake Washington Blvd. N (12 Seahawks Way), in Renton, Wa. Ecology invites comment on the Environmental Covenants and Construction Completion Reports for the sites. The Consent Decrees for the sites are also available for background information. Cleanup work at the sites meets the state requirements for cleanup and does not pose a threat to human health or the environment. The agency wishes to remove the sites from the Hazardous Sites List. Comments will be accepted November 4 through December 6, 2010.
