Description This document describes how to apply for funding, meet program requirements, and manage funded projects for the three main funding programs for Ecology’s Water Quality Program. Funded projects address point and non-point source water pollution control issues. The three funding programs are the State Water Pollution Control Revolving Fund, Centennial Clean Water Program, and Section 319 Program.
