Description | This publication provides instructions and guidance on how to use the Excel Workbook NEWLL11.xlsm. The purpose of this workbook is to help municipalities develop “technically based” limits for various types of pollutants (conservative, non-conservative, toxic, reactive, and conventional). Such limits address the threats such pollutants pose to their sewers and sewage treatment facilities. Use of this spreadsheet informs and automates the process as much as possible.
