Description | Effective December 31, 2009, all new water uses in the Quilcene-Snow watershed must be measured. For a limited time, the state Department of Ecology has money available to reimburse individual owners of new permit-exempt wells (under RCW 90.44.050) for the cost of a metering device. Individual owners seeking reimbursement must submit an application request and sign a formal contract with Ecology. |
