| Description | The Department of Ecology is adopting an amendment to Chapter 173-152 WAC, commonly referred to as the Hillis Rule. The proposed rule amendment was filed with the Office of the Code Reviser on July 7, 2010. In August, five public hearings were held on the proposed amendment in Olympia, Everett, Wenatchee, Spokane and Richland. Comments were accepted through September 1, 2010. | ||||
