Description | The Washington State Department of Ecology (Ecology) is proposing to replace WAC 173-422 with WAC 173-422A. The Administrative Procedure Act (RCW 34.05.328(d) (e)) requires two types of analyses before adopting a significant legislative rule: a cost-benefit analysis and a least burdensome alternative analysis. This report provides the results of these analyses and shows the potential impacts associated with the proposed rule. | ||||
