Description The Department of Ecology is proposing to adopt an Air Quality Fee Regulation, Chapter 173-455 WAC. The purpose of this rule proposal is to update fees to make Washington’s permitting process for air pollution sources more financially self-sufficient. The revenue collected at the existing fee level does not cover the cost of processing a request.
This document provides information about how this rule proposal will affect permit applicants.
