| Description | The Washington State Department of Ecology Freshwater Monitoring Unit collected monthly water quality information at 100 stream monitoring stations during Water Year 2010 (October 1, 2009 - September 30, 2010). We also collected 30-minute interval temperature data at 36 sites from July through September 2010. The principal goals of this ongoing monitoring program are to characterize the rivers and streams of Washington State and to track changes in water quality. This report documents data quality and presents results for Water Year 2010. This year's report also includes an evaluation of quality control results from continuous multi-parameter monitoring. | ||||
