The Department of Ecology’s Waste 2 Resources Program (Ecology) evaluated the need to update the state’s solid waste management laws, located primarily in the Revised Code of Washington (RCW), Chapter 70.95. This paper summarizes comments heard from stakeholders, both public and staff, at meetings Ecology held in 2010. |
