Description The Department of Ecology is proposing to remove the Tri City Battery Goodyear Site from the Hazardous Sites List. The site is ranked a 2 on the list. Sites can be ranked from a 1 to a 5, with 1 the highest level of environmental concern compared to other sites on the list, and a rank of 5 the lowest. The Tri City Battery Goodyear Site is at 601 George Washington Way in Richland and previously housed an automative service shop. Public comments will be accepted January 13 through February 14, 2011.
