Description Ecology is proposing to remove four sites located at the Yakima Airport from the Hazardous Sites List. The Hazardous Sites List is a statewide list of contaminated properties. Sites can be ranked from a “1” to “5”. A rank of “1” is the highest level of environmental concern compared to other sites on the List, and a rank of “5” is the lowest. Sites are: McAllister Flying Service (Facility Site ID 24492962-rank 1), Yakima City Airport (FSID 27389546-rank 2), Yakima Air Terminal (FSID 1137597-rank 2), Wayne G Turner Aircraft Service (FSID 26698574-rank 3). Public comments will be accepted April 13 - May 16, 2011.
