Description The Department of Ecology is asking for your comments on plans to clean up a site in Port Gamble Bay. The Port Gamble Leased Area Site is one of two sites within Port Gamble Bay that Ecology is cleaning up. The Site is located at the southwest end of Port Gamble Bay, in Port Gamble, Kitsap County, WA. Port Gamble Bay is one of several embayments in Puget Sound that Ecology is studying and cleaning up under the state’s Puget Sound Initiative. You are invited to comment on the Draft Remedial Investigation and Draft Feasibility Study. Ecology will accept comments from February 28 to March 29, 2011.
