Description Ecology signed an agreed order with Rayonier March 25, 2010. Agreement requires the company to develop a cleanup plan for the Study Area in Port Angeles, WA. The Study Area includes the 75-acre former mill property and around 1300 acres of marine environment. Rayonier has stayed on schedule and is currently finishing data collection on the property.
