Description Ecology is investigating the Pederson Fryer Farms Inc. site at 2901 72nd St. E, Puyallup, WA. Underground storage tanks at the former poultry processing plant leaked petroleum into soil and groundwater. Ecology is managing the cleanup process. Next steps include a remedial investigation to determine nature and extent of contamination, and a feasibility study to evaluate possible cleanup options. The public may review and comment on the work plan from April 21 to May 20, 2011.
