Description A consent decree was entered into by Washington State Department of Ecology and the property owner to clean up petroleum contaminated soil and free product at the British Petroleum (BP) Oil Station #11352 located at 18725 Bothell Way NE, Bothell, WA. These documents are now available for public comment: draft Remedial Investigation/Feasibility Study, draft Cleanup Action Plan, Public Participation Plan, State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) Checklist, and Determination of Non-Significance (DNS). Public comments will be accepted between January 4 and February 4, 2011.
