Description Ecology prepared this fact sheet to provide information about the North Lot Development Cleanup Site. The site is approximately 3.85 acres owned by King County at the SE intersection of South King St. and Occidental Ave. S. in Seattle. Ecology and North Lot Development will enter into a Prospective Purchaser Consent Decree for cleanup at the site. There was a former gas station at the site. Comments on the proposal will be accepted June 17 through July 18, 2011.
