| Description | This fact sheet provides information about the TOC Holdings Co. Mountlake Terrace (formerly Time Oil Co.) Cleanup Site. The site is at 24205 56th Ave W, Mountlake Terrace, WA. Ecology and TOC Holdings Co. will enter into an Agreed Order for site cleanup. A Remedial Investigation and Feasibility Study will be conducted for implementing a Cleanup Action Plan. Soil and groundwater beneath the site have become impacted by petroleum hydrocarbons. Public comments will be accepted August 26 through September 26, 2011.
