Description Ecology invites comments on an Agreed Order with property owner 7100 1st Ave S, Seattle, LLC. The site is on the west side of the Lower Duwamish Waterway. The Agreed Order requires a Remedial Investigation, Feasibility Study and the preparation of a Draft Cleanup Action Plan. Comments will be accepted March 24 to April 25, 2011.
