Description | The Washington Department of Ecology (Ecology) is cleaning up arsenic and lead contamination left behind by the Asarco smelter, in residential and industrial areas of northeast Everett. We have now completed cleanup on more than half of the approximately 700 homes in the cleanup area, as well as American Legion Memorial Park.
