Description The purpose of this economic impact analysis is to compare the cost of permit compliance for small businesses versus large businesses, and to reduce the economic impact of a general permit on small businesses by reducing compliance costs, where legal with the Clean Water Act (CWA) and Washington Water Pollution Control Act (Chapter 90.48 RCW).
