The fourth emergency rule addresses provisions, such as green infrastructure and forgivable principal, in the new 2010 Clean Water SRF federal appropriation that allow the state to make federal funds available to cities, counties, special purpose districts, tribes, and institutions of higher education for high priority water quality projects. |
