Description These guidelines describe the process to apply for and receive the fiscal year 2012 (FY2012) NEP Toxics and Nutrients Preventing Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbon Pollution grant. The guidelines also explain what will be required once a grant is awarded. Ecology does not intend that the guidelines are a comprehensive listing and explanation of all rules and policies that may apply to funding. The guidelines will provide initial information on the grant application and rating process, and the steps of administering a funded project.
