Description A final environmental impact statement (FEIS) issued jointly by the Ecology and the US Bureau of Reclamation and the Washington State Department of Ecology. The FEIS looks at upstream and downstream fish passage at Cle Elum Dam, the reintroduction of sockeye salmon into the system and increasing and strengthening populations of coho, spring chinook, and pacific lamprey and steelhead.
