Description The report presents information on how Ecology’s Office of Columbia River (OCR) is making more water available for eastern Washington’s farms, cities, instream flows and industries through project development and legislative amendments.
Within the past year, OCR has funded construction projects that are adding approximately 150,000 ac-ft of water to Eastern Washington’s water supply. Another 200,000 ac-ft of water will be made available in the near term with potentially millions of acre-feet under long-term development. Information about these projects is found within the report.
