Description Ecology is proposing to amend the General Regulation for Air Pollution Sources (Chapter 173-400 WAC). The Administrative Procedures Act (RCW 34.05.328(d)(e)) requires two types of analyses before adopting a significant legislative rule: a cost-benefit analysis and a least burdensome alternative analysis. This report provides the results of these analyses and shows the potential impacts associated with the proposed rule.
