Description | Ecology is amending the General Regulation for Air Pollution Sources (Chapter 173-400 WAC). The Administrative Procedures Act (RCW 34.05.328(d)(e)) requires two types of analyses before adopting a significant legislative rule – a cost-benefit analysis and a least burdensome alternative analysis. This report provides the results of these analyses and shows the potential impacts associated with the adopted rule. | ||||
