Description In March 2009, Kaiser Aluminum & Chemical Corporation, LLC (now known as DCO Management, LLC) and the Washington State Department of Ecology entered into an Agreed Order. The Order required Kaiser to conduct a Remedial Investigation and Feasibility Study at the Heglar Kronquist site. The site is 10 miles northeast of downtown Spokane in a rural area and covers nearly four acres. It is located near the intersection of Heglar and Kronquist Roads in Mead, Spokane County, Washington.
The mission of the Department of Ecology is to protect, preserve, and enhance Washington’s environment. To help us meet that goal, please consider the environment before you print or request a copy.

ADA Accessibility
The Department of Ecology is committed to providing people with disabilities access to information and services by meeting or exceeding the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Section 504 and 508 of the Rehabilitation Act, and Washington State Policy #188.
