Description Ecology Proposes to Remove site from Hazardous Sites List. The Northwest Pipeline Pullman site is located at 2645 South Grand Avenue, Pullman, Whitman County, Washington (see Figure 1). The site is used to house a meter station that regulates and meters distribution of natural gas to local customers.
