Description The Washington State Department of Ecology plans to enter into a new legal agreement called an Agreed Order with 32 different parties known as Potentially Liable Persons (PLPs). PLPs who do not agree to participate in this Agreed Order will be issued an Enforcement Order compelling them to participate. The PLPs are responsible for cleanup of contamination that is a result of past landfill operations at the site.
