| Description | Ecology is proposing amendments to Chapter 173-360 WAC, Underground Storage Tank Regulations (UST Rule). The main features of these proposed rule amendments include conditions and requirements for: Delivery prohibition; Operator training and retraining; Secondary and under-dispenser containment. This report reviews the economic analyses performed by the Dept. of Ecology to estimate the incremental expected benefits and costs of the proposed amendments to the UST Rule. This document is generally intended for use with an associated Least Burdensome Alternative analysis and Small Business Economic Impact Statement to develop an understanding of the full impact of the proposed rule amendments. | ||||
