Description | Ecology invites comments on an Agreed Order with U.S. Oil & Refining Co. for cleanup at the 1920 Port of Tacoma Road Site in an industrial area near the Blair Waterway in the Tacoma tideflats. Comments will be accepted April 9 to May 8, 2012. Contaminated soil and groundwater were found at the site in the 1990s. The Agreed Order requires a remedial investigation, a feasibility study and a cleanup action plan. | ||||
