A Consent Decree is a legal agreement between Ecology and one or more Potentially Liable Parties. It is recorded with a court. In it, the PLPs agree to carry out cleanup actions at the site. Ecology is accepting comments on the amended Consent Decree from September 20 to October 22, 2012.
