Description The Department of Ecology invites you to review and comment on the twelfth amendment to the Consent Decree for the site known as Tacoma Redevelopment Properties. Also known as Parcel 3, Site 4, the site is located on the 1500 block of Dock Street, on the Thea Foss Waterway. A Consent Decree is a legal agreement between Ecology and one or more Potentially Liable Parties. It is recorded with a court. In it, the PLPs agree to carry out cleanup actions at the site. Ecology is accepting comments on the amended Consent Decree from September 20 to October 22, 2012.
The mission of the Department of Ecology is to protect, preserve, and enhance Washington’s environment. To help us meet that goal, please consider the environment before you print or request a copy.
