Description The purpose of this fact sheet is to inform you about the planned cleanup of a former tank farm and other areas at the Port of Seattle's Terminal 91 Site. The Department of Ecology and the Port of Seattle will enter into an Agreed Order to clean up the site. Under the Agreed Order, the Port will complete the Cleanup Action Plan tasks including installation of remedial systems and compliance monitoring.
