Description The Gas Works park site is a 20 acre park owned by the City of Seattle. It is located on a peninsula on the north shore of Lake Union. The site is located at 2000 Northlake Way, in Seattle. The proposed work on this site will be: Capping and grading approximately 1/2 acre of the northeast corner of Gas Works Park with a geofabric and one foot of clean fill; and modifying exisitng storm drain and irrigation systems to accomodate new surface grades in the area. Ecology has determined these remedial actions will cause no significant adverse environmental impacts. The SEPA Checklist and Determination of Non-Significance are availabe for public review from June 15 - June 29, 2012.
