Description These guidelines describe the application process for the NEP Toxics and Nutrients Grant Program: Reducing Nutrient Pollution in the Budd Inlet Watershed. The guidelines also explain what will be required once a grant is awarded. These guidelines are not intended to be a comprehensive listing and explanation of all rules and policies that may apply to funding, but rather will provide initial information on the grant approval process and the outline how to administer a funded project.
