Description These guidelines describe the application process for the National Estuary Program (NEP) Toxics and Nutrients Grant Program. Within this program, there are a number of grant funding opportunities. Specific eligibility requirements are detailed in the Grant Applications for each funding opportunity. This funding guideline describes general requirements applicable to all grants. The guidelines also explain what will be required once a grant is awarded.
