This presentation provides an update on Ecology’s sediment management standards rule-making. It also provides an update on the Fish Consumption Rate Technical Document review and revision process. It was presented at the public workshop on Reducing Toxics in Fish, Sediment, and Water on August 28, 2012. The workshop provided an in-depth explanation of Ecology's revised approach for adopting human health criteria for water quality and cleaning up contaminated sediments.
