Description This report is required by the Regulatory Fairness Act -- RCW 19.85.070. The Department of Ecology (Ecology) has determined the proposed rule to the Dungeness Watershed rule (Chapter 173-518 WAC) is not likely to have a disproportionate impact on existing small businesses. Therefore, Ecology was not required to include small-business cost-minimizing features in the rule where it is legal and feasible to do so.
