Description | This Department of Ecology report is about compliance with Chapter 90.80 RCW - Water Conservancy Boards and specifically RCW 90.80.150 - Report to legislative committees, which states: “The department shall report biennially by December 31st of each even-numbered year to the appropriate committees of the legislature on the boards formed or sought to be formed under the authority of this Chapter, the transfer applications reviewed and other activities conducted by the boards, and the funding of such boards. Conservancy boards must provide information regarding their activities to the department to assist the department in preparing the report.” |
