The Keechelus-to-Kachess Pipeline project will convey water from Keechelus Reservoir to Kachess Reservoir to •
reduce flows and improve habitat conditions during high flow releases below Keechelus Reservoir anf provide more water storage in Kachess reservoir for downstream needs.
