| Description | Ecology revised Washington's general air quality rule in November 2012 to make it consistent with federal requirements. Ecology is now proposing to include the revised version of Chapter 173-400 WAC in the SIP. This requires approval from the federal Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). This document gives notice of the public hearing and public comment opportunities for this proposed action. | ||||
