Description | Tourism and recreation. Clean air and clean water. These elements help define Washington’s economy and quality of life. We don’t want toxic chemicals such as used antifreeze, pesticides, ammonia, polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs), sandblast grit, or pharmaceutical wastes threatening that quality of life. Federal regulations don’t protect against all of these chemicals. Thankfully, state law does. | ||||
