Description The Washington State Department of Ecology’s Hazardous Waste and Toxics Reduction Program is conducting a study to evaluate presence of PCBs in general consumer products. All studies conducted by Ecology must have an approved Quality Assurance Project Plan (QAPP). This plan describes the objectives of the study and the procedures to be followed to achieve those objectives. After completing the study, Ecology will post a report of the study to the Internet.
