Description | Washington State’s solid and hazardous waste plan, called the Beyond Waste Plan, contains seven initiatives intended to help eliminate or reduce wastes and toxic substances across the state. This summary report is a snapshot of our progress towards achieving the Beyond waste vision, which is to eliminate most wastes and toxic substances and use remaining wastes as resources. | ||||
