Description The Washington Department of Ecology, Chevron Chemical Company, and American Oil Company propose to enter into an agreement called a Consent Decree to clean up contaminated soil and groundwater at the Bee Jay Scales site. The site is located near the corner of First Street and Warehouse Ave in Sunnyside, WA. The public is invited to comment on the Consent Decree, draft Cleanup Action Plan, and SEPA checklist and Determination of Non-Significance from January 30, 2013, through March 4, 2013.
