Description | This report reviews the economic analyses performed by the Washington State Department of Ecology to estimate the expected benefits and costs of the adopted amendments to the Sediment Management Standards (SMS rule Chapter 173-204 WAC). The amendments establish standards and procedures that incorporate risks to human health, background, and freshwater benthic standards in sediment cleanup that were narrative under the baseline and used the Model Toxics Control Act rule for compliance requirements. | ||||
