The Department of Ecology invites your comments on a proposed Consent Decree and Draft Cleanup Action Plan to clean up and restore Port Gamble Bay, a portion of the Port Gamble Bay and Mill Site. Your comments will be accepted from October 11, 2013, through November 12, 2013. You are also invited to attend an open house /public hearing on October 29, during which public testimony will be accepted.
