Description | The Port of Bellingham and Department of Ecology will begin a $25 million project in the summer of 2013 to clean up contamination along the Whatcom Waterway on Bellingham’s waterfront. Before starting construction, Ecology is making the recently completed cleanup plan (known as an engineering design report) available for public review and comment through March 27, 2013. | ||||
